I just installed PrintFab for Sublimation printing on my Epson ET-15000. All attempts to print, including test page has resulted in error messages, including printer is out of paper(confirmed paper loaded and correct source tray/feed is selected).

Hello, how is the printer connected - USB or WiFi / network? It would be helpful if you could send the logfile archive. Please open the "PrintFab" app -> dialog "Preferences" -> button "Create log archive" to create the archive. Then send by email to mail <at> zedonet <dot> com and refer to this forum post.
