epson xp 2200 not connected

After installing the software I get the massage "Printer not connected"Scanner works good" I changed the cable. The print jobs are still queued. I use Linux Mint latest version. Is there some one how can help me?

Hello, how is the printer connected - USB or network? Please open the app "TurboPrint Control" and look for the column "URI" in the list of printers. What is shown in the column URI (should be something like "tpu://Epson/XP2200_series")?
