TurboPrint & PrintFab

We are having issues with print quality and decided to uninstall and reinstall Printfab. We have completed the uninstall/reinstall, but when we attempt to "Add New Printfab Printer" the app times out and gives an error message: Printer confguration could not be saved. Possible problem" Network printer not available or USB printer is not switched on. Please switch on printer and retry (sometimes a reboot or reinstallation is necessary).

We even ran the install again, but it's still hanging when we try to add the Printfavb printer. What do we need to do to get this working?

Hello, if it is a network printer, the IP address may be wrong. Please write which printer model you use, how it is connected and send the PrintFab logfile archive:

Start the "PrintFab" App and open the preferences window ("Wrench" symbol). In the window press the button "Create log archive" to create and save a ZIP archive with the log files. Please send this file by email to mail <at> zedonet <dot> de and refer to this forum post.
