Is License needed to import color profiles

I have turboprint (linux) and I made a profile for my printer and it's installed and working in linux. It's great by the way. Printing on linux gimp-3.0-beta is really great, by the way.

I'm trying out the windows printfab trial version, and I'd like to import the profile made in Linux. I'm having trouble getting it to work.

Do I need a license to import color profiles?

Where do I place my p062921-pro10s-canon-photo-paper-glossy.pfprofile file so that win11 pro finds it?

Hello, you can use the profile that was created for TurboPrint Linux also for PrintFab Windows or Mac. It is possible to import it in the PrintFab trial version.

There are two ways to import it:

1. Double click the profile - the "PrintFab Import Color Profile" wizard will open (recommended way)

2. Open the "PrintFab" App, dialog "Profiles" and add a new profile entry, then you can import the profile with the button "Import color data..."
