I emailed support but it's a Saturday so I thought I'd post here too in case that might improve my chances of finding a solution.

TL;DR 13x19 borderless printing option disappeared and I need to print posters for a client, now.

I was running PrintFab 2.94 with the version of macOS Sonoma that was just before the current 14.4.1. I have been printing 13x19 borderless on my Epson XP-15000 for years with PrintFab Pro. It worked the last time I printed a week or two ago. Today I went to print some documents from Illustrator and InDesign and the 13x19 borderless paper size has vanished. I figured maybe the last macOS Sonoma update caused this issue because I haven't messed with anything else so as far as I know nothing else has changed.

I thought maybe upgrading to the latest PrintFab 2.98-2 might fix it so I bought and installed it. No luck. I'm in a panic because these prints are due in a couple hours.

I've attached two screenshots. One is an error I've been getting for months when printing from InDesign or Illustrator (the only apps I print from) when I hit CMD-P to print. If I click through it, it usually works normally. The other shows the regular 13x19 option but no borderless.

normally, the PPD should be automatically selected correctly in the Illustrator (or Indesign) print dialog (compare my screenshot).

Otherwise you can try to select "Other..." and navigate to your HD -> private -> etc -> cups -> ppd and select "xp15000.ppd".

In the Illustrator print dialog, please select

"Media Size"="Defined by driver"

and press the button "Page Setup..." to select the required paper size:

"Format For"="XP5000_(PrintFab)" (Important!)
"Paper Size"="A3+/13x19 Borderless"
