Printer Issue - grey turns out to greenish

Hi May i ask for some help in printing photo with greyish color?

When im printing it using photoshop, printer manages color - printfab driver, output is way out of grey but mostly greenish

Do you have any settings i can adjust to in order to print the desired color of grey?

You can use the sliders "Color / Grey Tone":

If not only grey is greenish but other colors have a cast as well, a custom color profile should improve color reproduction. You can use our color profiling service which is explained on our website:
