Okay, I've tried with that one as well. From what I can tell, it seems to be a better template than the one I used before - at least the paper-size in glabels print-dialog now says "Other" in paper-size rather than "A4". I assume that's what it should say? The print preview as well as the thumbnail ...

Or at least I think that's the culprit. I haven't been printing on cds for a while, but I know it used to work and I'm pretty sure it was 2.13 in use at that time.

Yes, I realize you can't do anything about it if the printer doesn't support it.
Just struck me as unlikely that the hardware wouldn't warn about missing cartridges or being able to determine how much is left in the other cartridges if one was missing. Then again, I'm no hardware engineer so there ...
