Good luck with that I have requested help 2 times now and have yet to get a reply. I think it's a shame I have to buy this software again it's going to cost me more than a new printer would. I'm not happy.

Hi I have no idea what happened here, I did install a new ubuntu
software update that may have something to do with it I'm not
